Review your daily actions….
In all areas of our lives, the results we achieve, stem from the actions we take on a day to day basis. It’s a fundamental principle of physics that for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. Without actions we can achieve nothing. Therefore the first place to review, if you’re not achieving your results, is to review your daily actions. Focus your activities on actions that move you towards your goals.
Remember, if you do what you’ve always done, you’ll get what you’ve always gotten……so identify some small action changes you can make and stick with these changes until they become your new more productive habit.

What if I changed my Attitude?
Generally our daily behaviours stem from our attitudes. Attitudes are merely our habits of thought. Some days we’re “up for it” while other days we just go with the flow. Ask yourself the question how many of my current challenges could be addressed if I changed my attitude. Think about any successful people you admire. What is it about their attitude that makes them so successful? Do they make excuses or have they the resilient attitude of doing what they said they would do? As Jim Rohn states “If you really want to do something you’ll find a way. If you don’t, you’ll find an excuse”.
So how can you make one small change to your attitude and stick with it!
Avoid the naysayers and negative conditioners in your life….
Our attitudes are greatly influenced by our conditioning. We’ve numerous sources of conditioning in our lives. Our parents, partners, teachers, work colleagues, a coach, social media, our friends, and family, etc. If you find your attitude and actions being influenced by some naysayers – or even your own self talk – who don’t encourage you to grow, perhaps you should review your current network and avoid, as best you can, those who discourage growth. Discard the negative energy sapping conditioners and activities from your life. Focus your new daily reach on people and activities that will encourage you to grow.
Loose one negative influence from your life and stick to it!
Finally, I’m all about small changes and the power of one!
Daily activities, your attitude and conditioning. Review all three. While all three are connected, please choose one and commit to one small change that will help you improve your results in relation to that area. Most importantly, stick with this change until it becomes embedded as a new habit! You’ll be amazed the difference this one small change can make to your results.
